If you are running a face-to-face tournament, you will be prompted to Print Postings for the round as a PDF file.

Click the "Next Step" button to generate the postings

Here is a video of the process

Print a few copies of the posting to post around the general assembly room. Note that many participants at the PDP tournaments may be shorter than the average adult - make sure to place postings at eye level for your participants.

NOTE: It's often helpful to have a few extra copies of the postings for you to keep as reference. Usually it's sufficient to print 3 copies for the general assembly room, 1 copy for the ballot table to reference, and 1 copy for the tab team to keep in case there are questions.

You'll notice that the tournament home page now updates to cue you that the next step is print the ballots.
