If you are running an online tournament, the next step will be to send out eBallots to all the judges. Judges do not need to create accounts on PDPTab.com to use eBallots.

NOTE: For this process to work, it is required that each judge have an email address saved. If any judge who is assigned a ballot does not have an email address they will not get an eBallot.

Click on the Next Step button to automatically generate eBallots and send those out to judges.

Here is a video of the process

Judges will shortly receive an email. They should click "Accept eBallot" to access their eBallot

That will take judges to a page that resembles a paper ballot

Judges can click on the team that won, select the speakers, assign speaker points, and indicate their reason for decision/comments.

Once the ballot is complete, judges should click "Save Ballot" to submit the decision, speaker points, and decision.

NOTE: adding additional feedback after the ballot is submitted is not currently supported. That feature is in development.
