Import the Data File

Once your file is complete, return to the 5. Import/Export page on the Entry System. On the right hand side, you can either drop the file in the box or select it.

Then click 2. Process File to upload the file and import all the data.

NOTE: Importing data from the Excel file will clear ALL existing schools, teams, judges, and rooms from your tournament. You should not start with manual entry and then import data - you will lose a lot of work. After importing the file, you can always go back and do the manual system. This feature should ONLY be used at the beginning of your tournament.
