# Saving Schools

## Click on the 1. Schools link to save the school information

Note that each school name is limited to 15 characters so it will fit on the postings & ballots. Use abbreviations as necessary.

If running an online tournament, make sure to enter the school email address (usually the head coach) so you can send eBallots to the coach after the tournament.

Click Save School

After saving the school, you will see the school show up on the Active School list on the right hand side of the page. This list will also quickly let you know the number of teams and judges saved for each school which can help double checking data.
