# Importing Data from Excel

To save you time and increase accuracy, PDPTab.com allows you to download an Excel template, save all the registration data, and quickly import it back to the website.

An effective workflow would be to&#x20;

1. Create a New Tournament
2. Download the Import File Template from PDPTab.com
3. Record all registration data
4. Upload the Import File Template to PDPTab.com
5. Double Check all data was imported successfully

`NOTE: Please download a new Import File Template from PDPTab.com for each tournament you run. The file format may sometimes change throughout the season.`

Click the 5. Import/Export tab on the Entry System to get started
