If you are running an online tournament, an important step to ensuring judge's can receive eBallots is to verify the judge's email address.
From the Judge Entry System page click on the "Verify Emails" link at the top of the active judge list
The left side of the page lists any judges who need verification whereas the right side will list judges who have successfully verified.
Any judges who do not have an email address saved will be listed in the first column. You will need an email address saved for each judge for eBallots to be sent out.
Judges who have not yet verified their email addresses will be listed in the second column. Click on the Send Verifications button to send each judge an email asking them to verify their email address. This is an important step to make sure the PDPTab.com website can successfully deliver email to the judge.
We have found that .edu email addresses are often the most restricted and can reject eBallots. If a judge is not able to verify with their @.edu email address before the tournament, you may want to ask them for a personal email address (@gmail.com for example) that may work better for eBallots.
The judge verification email looks like the following. Judges should click on the "Verify Email" button which will save on PDPTab.com that the email address can receive emails.
Judges which have a pending verification will have a clock next to their name. That lets you know that a verification has been sent but not yet responded to. Judges who have confirmed will be listed on the right hand side of the page.
